All you have to do is to open the layers panel, find and edit the two 'ICE' texts to anything you like.

If your text is longer than the canvas size, then resize and place it at the middle using the relative position tool

Both texts must be the same. The top text is for the ice texture, the second one beneath is for the extrusion, so both of them must be the same.

Open the layers panel again and unlock the layers of the crack images and rearrange them according to your text to make the effect look more realistic.
